º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Authors identifies, collects, and showcases º£½ÇÂÒÂ×-authored works to make them accessible and celebrate staff achievements.

Collecting, disseminating, celebrating
º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Authors was created for three major reasons:
- Collecting: to provide a framework to identify º£½ÇÂÒÂ×-authored works and add these resources to Library collections. In doing this we hope to create a rich repository of º£½ÇÂÒÂ×-authored materials.
- Disseminating: to ensure º£½ÇÂÒÂ×-authored works are easily accessible and discoverable via Library Search and the Library's website.
- Celebrating: to support and empower our researchers and professional staff. Through º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Authors, we hope to celebrate academic and professional staff by showcasing their published works.
Become a º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Author
To be a º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Author you need to publish a monograph whilst working at the institution and deposit that work into . If you want to learn more about depositing research into USIR and Worktribe see: USIR - º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Institutional Repository | º£½ÇÂÒÂ×.
If you're working to become a º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Author, the Library's Open Research team is here to help. They offer a wide range of workshops which can help you:
- choose where to publish
- develop your academic profile
- manage your research data.

Dr Eleftheria Rania Kosmidou
Lecturer in Film Production and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, holding a PhD in Film awarded in 2010. Her research specialises in Brechtian cinema, the Greek Weird Wave, European civil war film, film and history, and cultural memory, with a particular emphasis on questions of realism, ideology, and cinematic representation.
Dr Gordon Fletcher
Associate Dean: Research and Innovation at º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Business School. In this role, Gordon leads the development of the School's research presence and profile as well as guiding bidding activities, staff development and impact activities.

Trailblazers
Trailblazers is an open access initiative providing early career researchers with the support and open access funding to publish their first monograph with .
