“Over the past four years, I have been given amazing opportunities and met some incredible people along the way. My time with the �������� has truly been some of the best years of my life, and most definitely my most successful years. Being shortlisted as a finalist for this award feels like recognition of the work I have put it over this time. Ultimately, the work I have put in has been to benefit my artist development and not to gain any form of recognition. But being shortlisted as a finalist for this award feels like a great acknowledgement of the hard work I have put in during my time at the University. There have most definitely been some major hurdles along the way, but I like to think I have tackled them as challenges rather than used them as excuses. I am extremely grateful for all the support and recognition I have received over the past four years and being shortlisted as a finalist for this award is an amazing extension of that recognition.”
