Biography
Marzena Reszka is a Lecturer in Supply Chain at º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Business School, º£½ÇÂÒÂ×, and an experienced higher education educator, researcher and programme leader. Her work at º£½ÇÂÒÂ× encompasses teaching, programme development and research, with academic interests spanning sustainable supply chains, procurement, the circular economy, Industry 5.0 and entrepreneurship.
Her research focuses on gender-responsive and sustainable supply chains, particularly within the creative industries, exploring how supply chain approaches can contribute to more inclusive and sustainable ecosystems.
Marzena has co-authored research on gender-responsive procurement, published in the EuroMed Journal of Business and presented at the IPSERA conference. She has also co-authored Circular for Whom? How Gender Blindness in Procurement Undermines Circular Economy Transitions, published in the Journal of Circular Economy. Her wider research has also examined hybrid learning, student experience and teaching outcomes in higher education.
She is currently completing a PhD by Publication at the º£½ÇÂÒÂ×, with research centred on the creative industries. She also serves as an External Examiner for higher education institutions.
Marzena is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Fellow of Enterprise Educators UK (EEUK).
