Head of Radiography
Biography
Fee has over 15 years experience in diagnostic and forensic radiography. through which she has developed a mix of clinical expertise, leadership and research. Fee completed her PhD at Newcastle University, exploring evidence based practice implementation in forensic radiography practice. Prior to commencing her role In the º£½ÇÂÒÂ×, she spent several years as a Principal Lecturer (International) and Senior Lecturer in Medical Imaging at Teesside University.
Fee's clinical background includes working as a Neuro Radiographer and Paediatric Forensic Radiographer. She has an extensive educational background including a MSc and PgD in Diagnostic Radiography from Teesside University, Post Graduate qualifications in Forensic Radiography, Learning and Teaching in Higher Education, Social Work and Applied Social Sciences, and a MA in Modern History and Politics.
Fee is an active researcher whose work focuses on supporting the wellbeing of radiographers and strengthening safeguarding in practice. Fee also contributes to the wider profession as an external examiner for BSc and MSc Programmes and as a Clinical Research mentor.
