Biography
Currently undertaking an Doctorate in Education with a focus on "bridging the educational, skills and experience gap."
My education delivery experience includes working in further education delivering A-level and BTEC business based qualifications. I currently work in higher education, where I deliver to students from foundation level through to masters level, and also deliver on executive education programme. I am an external examiner with tasks involving moderation, curriculum consultations and module reviews. Within university, I undertake other duties outside of my role and school including student investigations and panel reviews. I have previously taught English as a foreign language overseas.
My industry experience includes providing human resources support alongside training and development. I have designed a training programme and supported during a redundancy process. As part of my role, I engaged with key internal and external stakeholders. and investigated well-being policies within the workplace.
Currently, I am a programme leader for Business Top Up students and lead on a supermodule for the Level 4 Undergraduates and support in transition programmes.
