How much does graduation cost?
Graduation is a free event to celebrate your academic achievements. Your graduate ticket is free, as well as your two complimentary guest tickets, you need to select your complimentary guest tickets when you register to attend. You are however, required to hire or buy a º£½ÇÂÒÂ× cap and gown. On this page you will find details of the cost of a gown as well as other optional costs to enhance your Graduation day.
Gown hire
Your cap and gown hire are the only mandatory costs at graduation.
- Undergraduate gown hire: £42
- Postgraduate gown hire: £42
- PhD gown hire: £45

Please note, late orders will incur a £10 late fee.
Additional guest tickets
Whilst up to 2 complimentary guest tickets are provided free of charge, there may be some additional guest tickets available for your ceremony.

- Studio photography: packages start at £30
- Onstage photography: options start from £20
- Graduation clip: provided free of charge
Graduation merchandise
º£½ÇÂÒÂ× and Class of 2026 merchandise can be purchased onsite at your graduation ceremony as well as online. On the day of your ceremony, each graduate will be provided with a graduation brochure for free and additional copies will be available for purchase.
