Join our Go Beyond Women in STEM first year welcome event, sponsored by the MORSON Group for an opportunity to meet inspiring women starting their careers in STEM subjects, create networks, find out more about the opportunities and support available including scholarships and a tour of the Maker Space!
This is a relaxed and friendly event designed especially for first-year women studying STEM, and a great chance to meet some of the people you’ll be studying alongside over the next few years.
- Meet other first-year students and start building your network
- Take part in a fun Connections session with our friends from the Students’ Union
- Discover Go Beyond and the opportunities you can get involved in throughout your time at º£½ÇÂÒÂ×
- Find out about scholarships, mentoring, coaching and other support available to you
- Enjoy cake and refreshments
- And, most importantly… we’ll give you a voucher for a FREE lunch!
You don’t need to know anyone before you come along! Come on your own, meet some new people and start making connections with other women beginning their STEM journey at º£½ÇÂÒÂ×.
Go Beyond is run by the º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Maker Space and powered by Morson Group, and there’ll be plenty of opportunities to get involved with the programme throughout the year.
