Our quantity surveying degree is taught by an experienced academic team who draw on their strong links with local organisations to ensure you have a stimulating range of external guest lecturers, placements, and career networking opportunities.
You will also have the option to take an industrial placement year between years two and three of your course. These industry placements are an excellent way to enhance your CV and apply what you’ve learned to real-world scenarios.
BSc (Hons) Building Surveying - with optional Placement Year
With our BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree, you can develop a knowledge base and skill set that can lead to exciting global opportunities across many industries. Triple-accredited by the , the and the , you will enter a gateway to professional building surveyor status.
During your degree, you will have the option to take an industrial placement between years two and three. Industry placements are a fantastic way to gain real-world experience and test your skills, as well as network with professionals in the built environment sector.
