Do you know a º£½ÇÂÒÂ× graduate whose achievements deserve to be celebrated?

Nominations are now open for this year’s Alumni Achievement Awards. We would love to hear about alumni who have made an outstanding contribution over many years, are making their mark early in their career, or use their skills and experience to create positive change.

Nominations are open to all º£½ÇÂÒÂ× alumni, including those from our predecessor institutions, and can be made for yourself or someone else*. We especially welcome nominations celebrating female alumni and alumni from minoritised ethnic groups.

This year’s awards include:

• Alumni Lifetime Achievement Award
• Alumni Rising Star Award
• Alumni Volunteer of the Year
• Apprentice Impact Award
• Alumni Excellence Awards, recognising achievement across five areas:
  • Driver of Social Impact and Inclusion
  • Leader in Creativity and Innovation
  • Champion in Health and Wellbeing
  • Changemaker in Environmental Sustainability
  • Global Ambassador for º£½ÇÂÒÂ×

The Apprentice Impact Award is a new category for this year, which celebrates 10 years of degree apprenticeships at º£½ÇÂÒÂ×, recognising an apprentice graduate who has gone on to make a significant impact in their workplace, profession or community.

Nominations close on Friday 31 July, with the awards ceremony taking place in February 2027.

*Self-nominations are not accepted for the Apprentice Impact Award. As this award recognises impact in the workplace, profession or wider community, nominations should be submitted by an employer, colleague or member of University staff.
